 NOTICE is hereby given that the 25^th  Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company has been called on 28^th  February 2011 at 9.30 am at A-7 Sector –VII, Noida, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., notice of which has also been issued to the members separately.

Further Notice is hereby given that pursuant to provisions of section 154 of the Companies Act ‘ 1956, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from 26.2.2011 to 28.2.2011 (both days inclusive) for  the purpose of Annual  General Meeting
